I am from out of town a recently bought a home for my son to live in while attending college. I was a bit nervous to do so since I am not familiar with the area, and not nearby to check in on the house or do the final walkthrough. Britney Sherley was my agent and she calmed all my fears as she promised to be my eyes and ears. She did not disappoint! She was able to close the deal and get me everything I was wanting when putting in our offer, and also got all of my requests fulfilled after inspection. She was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She was in constant contact and got all of my questions answered even if she had to dig deeper.
