We had an amazing home buying experience with Olga. She set me up on the websites so homes that fit our criteria would be emailed to me directly. She was always readily available to show homes or to answer any questions. When I received the email for a listing that checked off several of our boxes, I contacted Olga immediately. She replied stating she was on vacation on a cruise, but knowing how fast the houses move in this area, she made arrangements for a team member to show us the house. We saw the house and wanted to submit an offer with Olga starting the process while on vacation! She was beneficial with providing references for inspectors, insurance agents, and lenders. All contacts were great to work with and would also be recommended. We closed in less than 30 days and Olga was one step ahead throughout the entire process. We were very pleased with our home buying experience and would highly recommend the Buchi's.
