Prior to hiring John and Maria, I had a highly negative experience with another agent. When my contract terminated with the other agent, I must have been contacted by no less than 30 realest are agents. Out of those 30 I narrow ed it down to three I would interview. Maria spoke with ne over tge phone first and immediately, I sensed I was dealing with a highly professional firm that had a in depth knowledge of the industry as a whole as well as local market trends. She came to my house for am interview and took the to understand my situation and the house both positive and negative. She immediately developed a strategy that resulted in a contract offer in two days after it hit the MLS. The offer was for asking g price with monetary limits on any repairs. I was thrilled and could not be more satisfied after the contract was signed with service that kept me advised all tge way through closing. The closing was completed without any delays or issues. I personally witnessed the results from an agent that tells a buyer what they want to hear from an agent that is professional and tells a buyer what they need to know.
