Meeting Rachel is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I was already annoyed by my 3 previous realtors. No one had lived up to my expectations and no one had really tried to find me a suitable house. I was looking for 4 months before i met Rachel by a happy coincidence.We started talking and i told her how frustrated i was and she offered to help me. Of course I was skeptical at first because I had such bad experiences. But Rachel did not disappoint me on any level and met my high standards 100%. She got in touch with me the very next day, asked what i was looking for and picked out houses. The next day we had 7 viewings. SEVEN! I haven't had that many together in the last four months! It seems Rachel worked magic overnight. She called all the sellers, organized viewing times, planned a route and provided me with complete information on every house.After literally 2 days of a viewing marathon i found my dream house and Rachel pulled out all the stops to get the house.She got in touch with the listing agent straight away and made it very clear how much i loved the house and how much i wanted it.Thanks to Rachel's impressive negotiating skills i got the house for the listing price (which is actually almost impossible at the moment) AND ON TOP she even knocked out a brand new roof for me.She took care of all the paperwork, she always answered my messages and questions at all times, she is super friendly, incredibly efficient, always on time, hard working and very reliable.I wish i had known Rachel earlier when i sold my old house. She would have earned the commission 1000 times more than my old realtor. Next time I need a real estate agent I will turn to Rachel again.I can only recommend everyone to work with Rachel! She is great and without her i still wouldn't have a house!Thanks again Rachel you are the Best????
