When we found out we might be leaving Germany, we started looking for houses on Zillow. One day I requested a video for one of the houses, and received it within the same day from Tania Borelli. We liked her prompt response and continued contacting her about the houses we wanted more information on. Tania was very helpful and was communicating with us regularly. In August, we flew to Tampa to drop our daughter off at the university. We met with Tania the very next day and started looking at houses. Tania knew we had only one week in Tampa, so she planned her schedule around us. In just one week, we looked at 26 houses and found the house we wanted to buy. Tania gave us recommendations on a loan officer, property managers, house inspectors, house insurance, water and utilities, house fixers and so much more! When we left Tampa, we made an offer on the house and purchased it while in Germany. Tania assisted us on everything - step by step on every day basis! Beside helping us with the house, she offered her help with our daughter. She took her to shopping and several visits to the hospital. We do not have anyone there for our daughter in case of emergency, but always can count on Tania! She is an amazing professional who put her heart into everything she does! Tania became more than a real estate agent, she became very close to our hearts! She is very dedicated and does her work with love! She is extremely friendly and pleasant to be around! She knows her job very well and have a lot of knowledge in the area! We will definitely buy our next house only through Tania Borelli!
