I have know Gerald (Jerry) for many years as a friend, but when my wife and I decided to look for a new home, we interviewed many qualified agents looking for the right fit of field expertise as well as dynamic skills that made us a priority rather than a sale.After many dissapointing meetings, i discussed the matter with Jerry, and he took the time late one night to meet with us to simply discuss what was on our mind. He was extremely patient with our abundance of cities we suggested, and carefully reviewed the specfics of the cities (taxes, schools, crime, etc) prior to us receiving listings that met our criteria.When we finally made a decision, Jerry handled the newly developed approval and closeure processed very efficiently and kept us in the loop at all times, since this was very different from our first home purchase. I would recommend (and have recommended) Jerry to anyone looking for a new home.
