Kathy Robertson is an awesome real estate agent! You can tell she likes her job and respects her clients! Due to our circumstances, we were facing a bit of a time crunch in locating a house. Kathy was in contact with us almost daily, recommending houses and answering our questions. She was always willing to schedule a viewing for a time that fit with our very busy schedules. One time she even delayed leaving town on a family vacation so she could show us a house! That's the kind of dedication you want when you're looking for a home. The best part about Kathy as your real estate agent though, is that she will give it to you straight. Every house we looked at, she would offer her expert opinion, showing us the things that wouldn't get past the inspector and things that we could always replace in the long run. Kathy was also aware/sensitive to our financial situation and was always willing to contact our lender to make sure the changes in the contract/offer would not result in our needing large amounts of cash at closing. She made the process of buying our first home a lot less scary and overwhelming than it could have been! I cannot express enough just how awesome she is!
