This was my first home buy and I'm am so great full I had Kim Hagel handling my purchase. In the beginning of my search; I was referred a few different agents by friends, all of which provided a disheartening experience. Their attitude was either challenging me on my credibility as a buyer or a (you figure it out. whats in it for me?) approach. I knew i was in a tough market in my location but I quickly recognized this and decided to search for homes myself, through online interfaces. After searching for a couple days I found a home on trulia that really stood out to me. I requested a showing and was quickly connected to Kim. She did not waste anytime and set up an appointment that was timely and convenient to my schedule and instead of her prying me on a bunch of info about my pre qualified loan she streamlined the process by reaching out to my lender to give her a better understanding of my buying power. After meeting Kim and looking at the house it was obvious she was very knowledgeable and very professionalThe level of understanding in not only esthetics but structural insight was impeccable. Further more she not only showed me the home but spent time into discovering my personal needs when it came to my family and where I was needing help in the process. After Kim showed me the property I truly fell in love with it. At that point It was clear that it was a perfect fit. Kim suggested we talk to the sellers agent to get an idea of the kind of offers that were were already made and provided insight that helped me negotiate a very solid offer..after my offer was accepted, there was again no time wasted inspectors and other needed contractors were within her network and was able to schedule them perfectly in line with the closing timeline and she was so diligent in getting me the house I really wanted she quickly reached out to my lender that turned out to be dragging their feet with my loan. per my request Kim reached back out to my lender to get them to expedite their procedures which enabled me to secure the offer and ultimately closing on the property. I am now in a beautiful home in the exact location I was looking for and I just cant help but think that the level of care and professionalism taken by this agent is the reason I procured this home. The exceptional service provided by Kim Hagel is the reason I'm spending a little time to put this out there and if you have the chance to work with her I highly recommend doing so.

I was looking for a home in North Idaho and couldnt find a realtor that didnt want me to put in an offer on every home aEURoejust in caseaEUR? or pressured me into buying whatever came first. I started seeing Spokane homes for quite a bit less and when showed Idaho realtors they were all ignored. Finally I decided to let Zillow match me with a realtor and thats how I found the one and only Kim! My shopping experience was nothing less than a genuinely fun first home buying experience. Kim never pressured, nor strayed me the wrong way. She was honest, professional and funny. It was what I expected home shopping to be like where we got to look at multiple housing, she even suggested a house that wasnt on the list but would have been a great match. She has even checked up on us after the sale. I would recommend anyone to Kim she was inclusive, kind and easy going.

I could not hope for a better realtor. Selling a house was a new experience for me and Greg was there to assist me throughout the entire process. He made himself avaliable 24/7. Call, text or email Greg was quick to reply with much needed reassurance and assistance. Not only is he a great Realtor, he is a great person. I cannot speak highly enough about him and I will be referring him to everyone I know!Kim was the realtor that helped us find our new home. She was a wealth of information and kmowldege. She never gave up on us and was quick to send us every house that met our guidelines. She showed us multiple houses a day several times in a row and knew every answer to every question we had. Her communication is top notch and she was always avaliable! I texted her around 10pm one night with a question and she answered within the hour! There are not enough words to describe how thankful my family is for Greg and Kim. They made the process of buying and selling far less stressful than I could have imagined. They are truly professionals that love what they do and it shows. They are easily some of the best people around and are willing to help in every way possible. I will without a doubt recommend Kim and Greg to everyone I know that is looking to buy or sell a home.
