Mark represented buyers of ours when we were selling our home (FSBO) and he was absolutely awesome to work with. When his buyers saw the home and had questions, Mark didn't play games at all - he was clear about their concerns and was quick to confirm whether our responses were sufficient or if they had additional questions. Once under contract, that pattern continued and we were looking forward to a smooth transaction. As luck would have it, Mark's buyers' buyer fell through, putting us in a situation where we were going to need to opt out of our own contract as a result. Mark and I worked together to extend his buyers option period, buying them time to find another buyer and also enabling us to ultimately stay in our contract to purchase our next home. The whole process felt like a true partnership, where Mark was understanding of our situation but also very deliberate in his representation of his own buyers. Mark wasn't even representing us on either end of this transaction, and I couldn't wait to write a review for him. Couldn't recommend Mark more highly - he'll take good care of you and will not rest until he's gotten you in the home of your dreams.
