we originally started with another realtor and were sorely disappointed. This is an unusual market and if you are buying a property in Florida from out of state it can be very stressful, confusing and overwhelming. They are the emotions we felt with with our original realtor. We were disheartened and and almost gave up on our efforts. We then met Pam and we were reenergized. If we saw a property we were interested she very swiftly visited the property and either zoomed or sent a video depending on our schedules. I'm in my late 50's and my mate is in his late 60's so we are not accustom to buying something as costly as real estate without physically seeing the property but I will tell you Pam made this experience great for us. We would both HIGHLY recommend her and her command of the remote purchase experience!!

(Purchase, 2014, sale in 2017) Pamela is such a pleasant person to work with. She will spend as much time helping you search for your new home as you need her to and she is knowledgeable in her field. If you have a question that she cannot answer at the moment, she is quick to find the information for you. Anytime we called or emailed her about anything, she responded in a very timely manner. Whenever we came across another house we were interested in she quickly got us in to see it and was very helpful in finding homes she felt we might like to see. She also handles the negotiation process very well. From the first showing to closing the deal, I was glad that we found her to work with us! Besides being a wonderful real estate agent, she is personable, easy going and quick with a smile. I have recommended her to someone already and will gladly pass her name on to anyone who asks if I know of a good agent! UPDATE: 03/31/17, Pam not only helped us find a home 2 1/2 years ago, she recently helped us sell the home. When we listed it, she had professional photographers do the photos for the internet listing. Our first day, we had multiple showings and 3 offers! We had showings set for the second day also, but ended up canceling any in the afternoon as we had a deal done by then. We feel she gave us excellent advice before, during and after the sale and would have loved to have her help us with our next purchase had we not been moving to Michigan! Thanks Pam!
