Tom and his wife are great. 2 of the BEST I've worked with. I bought a house with them back in 2018 when I 1st came to the area. His wife would show houses at any time that worked for me. Tom will be working on comparisons in the area as well as finding new houses to look at and knows a lot of ppl to assist with all of your needs. I left the area in 2022 and came back in 2024 and they were the 1st realtors I called. I was thrilled to hear they were still practicing. Anything you need usually any time you need it, they will work to get it done. I was signing documentation electronically at 10pm 1 night as Tom and Vicki were trying to get a deal done for me. Having worked with Realtors that just sit back and wait for a check VS what this team does is like night and day. I really want to thank you for all of the hard work you put in to help me again. If and that's a big if, I move again I will contact you 1st. Anyone needs anything I will get them in contact with you. Ty for all you do and did for me and my family. I appreciate it.

Tom was an excellent realtor. He was available when I needed his assistance and it didnt matter if it were 6am or 10pm. He was in constant contact with me and helping me through ever step. He was very professional and knowledgeable in every step. He will stay on top of other realtors during the negotiation process to ensure they are timely as well. Tom even went as far as doing their job completing paperwork the other realtor shouldve done. So it will only let me do 1 review. I have to mention Vicki Benvenuto, Toms wife. I originally started working with her and got the services of Tom as well. She was great, sending me houses to view at 9pm so I wouldnt miss an opportunity on it. She showed me houses North, East, West and South, high priced, low priced and medium priced. She had honest opinions of places we viewed, not just trying to sell me anything.
