There's not enough space here to describe how lucky we are to have worked with Rachel on several transactions. This most recent set was a roller coaster ride and Rachel was there by our side, responding at all kinds of odd hours. She got our house sold, off season, without it even needing to hit the market because she's incredibly in tune with the local market. Then, as we waited out the off season lull, low inventory and crazy demand, she was patient with us and gave sage advice. She didn't tell us what we WANTED to hear, instead opted for the advice we NEEDED to hear based on her experience and having gotten to know us through a couple of transactions. She even took us to some places we wanted to see (out of some beginning level of desperation) though she was confident they weren't a good fit for us. Everything worked out beautifully in the end.This is more than a job for her, it is clearly her passion. If you have the opportunity to work with her, cherish your luck and enjoy the experience.
