WOW!! Sue Turnbull was BEYOND helpful! She not only assisted with QUICKLY selling of our current home (4 days), but also helped us find the dream house we were searching for. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood even the small details, no question went unanswered. This is the 2nd property we have left in the VERY capable hands of Sue. Here's what makes her different. She CARES, not only for you as a client but also as a PERSON. Her recommendations were candid, intelligent, and in turn the final result (2 sales) BOTH exceeded our performance expectations. So....what happens when you listen to her? Our first prop sold in under a week...and it was challenging for a number of reasons...The second one was off the market in an HOUR, and went ABOVE our asking price. This is all thanks to SUE.Finding a good Realtor is occasionally a challenge, which is why we would ONLY use her for the second round. We are not prone to writing warm, fuzzy reviews, but her help, to include her PERSONAL assistance, which went far beyond what we expected, was nothing short of extraordinary. It was THAT good, and we can write for another hour but hopefully you get the point. We simply can't recommend her highly enough.
