Melanie is very capable in several areas of real estate: as agent, as investor (and/or investor adviser), and as a property manager. She helped me acquire, make ready, and rent out 4 single family homes in Milwaukee. She and her team also manage the properties. To date, all has gone smoothly and according to plan. When issues have emerged (as they do inevitably) she and her team have been communicative. I don't live in Milwaukee, and I visit only about once a year. I think that speaks to the large amount of work and responsibility I am comfortable delegating to Melanie and crew. So far so good.Melanie came recommended by another out-of-state investor.
