Susan is an exceptional agent and it was a pleasure to work with her. From the beginning Susan was patient and accommodating as she took the time to show us many diverse properties to help us discover what we were looking for. During the construction, she quickly and professionally handled numerous issues which came up with the builder, including when we discovered incorrect materials were being used. Her recommendations for inspectors and lenders made the whole process significantly less stressful and we were very satisfied with the quality of these recommendations. Susan really went above and beyond smoothing over a paperwork issue on the day of signing, and but for her prompt action and ability to get things done we would have missed our closing date. However, what really made working with Susan stand out, is that she treated us like friends rather than just clients, she continuously made sure that we were excited and were getting the house that we wanted in a way that showed that she really cared. We absolutely recommend working with Susan, without her our home buying experience would not have been the positive experience that it was.
