It was my first time to sell a home where I was located Out of State so I really needed Brad to be my everything when it came to representing us. That came with many challenges 1) Not being able to see the home personally...Brad Facetimed with me and it was in that experience that I was able to see really what the home was worth, what needed to be done and what the buyers were seeing. 2) There are so many things I would have done personally that Brad took care of for me because I wasnt there - Cleaning up areas, Going out and getting bark and placing it down, Replacing/Installing A/C Filters, Making Repair Appts/Getting Quotes, Being there during them and Confirming Invoicing Pricing for me, as well as, Checking my Irrigation System and Staying to Water my lawn! 3) Constant need for communication - Brad always gave me phone calls, emails, texts of how things were going and if I ever contacted him and asked him about something or requested that I had an expectation of something to be done he was always responsive, professional and willing to do what was needed. In conclusion Id say that if you have anything that you have a question on or expect to be done - all you have to do is communicate this with Brad and he is more than willing to find the answer if he doesnt know it and will meet and exceed your expectations when he knows what you want done. Thank you Brad for being there for us in this whole journey...we couldnt have done it without you. P.S. Brad also found us three leasing tenants for the home over the past 7 years and they were all above average tenants and all paid on time.

Brad hands down is the best agent I have met. He is very thorough, very personable, and once he knows what you are looking for in a house he goes at it and brings you results. It is a absolutely terrible time right now to rent or buy a house because of how limited the inventory is and how expensive everything is. Brad put that aside and came through quickly with the most qualified properties he could possibly find. Then his follow through on sending the offer and working the process was incredible.
