I wrote a great review about Brad selling my home. Since then, however, he has represented me finding tenants for a multi-family unit in San Clemente and it has become a nightmare. Brad is very unfamiliar with landlord/tenant laws for leases. He does not meet prospective tenants in person. He does not show the unit. It is quite difficult for prospective tenants to reach Brad and he doesnt return their calls and texts. He is unfamiliar with local rents. My rent increases have been because prospective tenants have offered to pay more rent than Brads listed amount. He doesnt do a walk through of the new premises with the new tenant. In short, he puts the property on the MLS using old photos of the property, obtains the applicants credit score, arranges for the current tenant to aEURoeshowaEUR? the property and give the keys to the new tenant.
