Brad was an absolute pleasure to work with. Before we found our new home in San Clemente, California, Brad walked door-to-door with us to drop off flyers about my husband and I and our desire to purchase a home in the area. When we found a home, he skillfully negotiated and got us the home in a multiple offer situation. When we decided to back out of that home after the inspection, we found another home and again, he proved how masterful he was at closing the deal for us. Brad always had a positive attitude and was very professional, yet genuinely cared about our needs. Brad was responsive and took time to explain things when we needed clarification. He went above and beyond to help us even after we took possession of our new home. I highly recommend Brad to be your real estate agent. You wont be disappointed.

It was my first time to sell a home where I was located Out of State so I really needed Brad to be my everything when it came to representing us. That came with many challenges 1) Not being able to see the home personally...Brad Facetimed with me and it was in that experience that I was able to see really what the home was worth, what needed to be done and what the buyers were seeing. 2) There are so many things I would have done personally that Brad took care of for me because I wasnt there - Cleaning up areas, Going out and getting bark and placing it down, Replacing/Installing A/C Filters, Making Repair Appts/Getting Quotes, Being there during them and Confirming Invoicing Pricing for me, as well as, Checking my Irrigation System and Staying to Water my lawn! 3) Constant need for communication - Brad always gave me phone calls, emails, texts of how things were going and if I ever contacted him and asked him about something or requested that I had an expectation of something to be done he was always responsive, professional and willing to do what was needed. In conclusion Id say that if you have anything that you have a question on or expect to be done - all you have to do is communicate this with Brad and he is more than willing to find the answer if he doesnt know it and will meet and exceed your expectations when he knows what you want done. Thank you Brad for being there for us in this whole journey...we couldnt have done it without you. P.S. Brad also found us three leasing tenants for the home over the past 7 years and they were all above average tenants and all paid on time.
