I met Brad when my wife and I were looking to sell our first house the end of 2013/beginning 2014. We crossed paths at a coffee shop while he was meeting with perspective clients. The way he spoke with them, not to them, asked questions and when listening and responding, seemed very sincere and natural. After listening for a few minutes I interrupted and asked them if they were looking to rent or buy because my wife and were getting ready to put our house in the market. After some back and forth they realized our place wasn?t for them but Brad and I spoke afterwards and after meeting with a few other perspective agents, we decided to go with Brad to represent us as the seller on that property and also buyers on a new home. His market knowledge, availability, timely follow up and patience showed us from the start we made a right choice in representation. We have used Brad now in 4 separate transactions in San Clemente (Talega and Forster Ranch) and have had a great experience each time. Brad was an incredible help when I looked for a property to rent last year. san Clemente is one of my favorite cities and when I began my search I had a few criteria I was hoping to meet for my new home. I was looking for a 1 bedroom, with a garage, close to the beach, and in a safe neighborhood. Instantly I noticed there weren't too many properties meeting my garage criteria but I wasn't going to give up on the search. Luckily I identified a property in San Clemente & was immediately contacted by the realtor representing the owner. The realtor of course was Brad. I met with Brad within a day or two & after falling in love with the place I submitted my application and was approved. Brad was wonderful throughout the process. He was professional, communicative, courteous, kind, etc. I was super excited and looked forward to moving in. Initially, I had a few issues with connecting the internet and getting the heater to work all of which were handled by Brad who reached out to the owner for me. Later her Property Manager shared some stories about her and I unfortunately learned that she wasn't always kind to tenants. For the most part, I enjoyed my time in San Clemente. My neighbors were great and I loved the neighborhood. Sadly it wasn't until I moved out that I ran into issues with the owner as she tried to hold onto some of my security deposit wrongly. Brad assisted me in dealing with my difficult landlord and thankfully she did refund me the money owed. I highly recommend anyone to work with Brad. He is reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. I will use him again in the future and in the interim I wish him continued success. Cheers!
