Leslie Price is the salesperson I worked with at Superior Realty. Trust Leslie Price. He is straight forward and will give excellent advice; take it. If Leslie says do some repair or cosmetic work on your house in order to make it more appealing; do it! He will also give you a realistic value of what your house is worth on the ever changing real estate market, which may not be what you want to hear. Leslie was with me from the pre marketing of the house to the closing even though my situation was a little complicated because the house and I were located in different states. I had multiple offers for the house even before the Open House and had people inquiring about the house until a few weeks before the closing. The price that I received for the house was much more that I would have thought the house was worth. I could not have had such a wonderful outcome if I had not trusted Leslie and followed his advice. I had never bought or sold a house before.
