We are super difficult people to work with when it comes to buying a home. My husband and I are both stubborn, we do not like to give in to the other and we do NOT make it easy for the Realtor. We know what we want, we do not want to deal with the run around, and we also lack patience. When we found out we were moving to Fort Stewart, we were working with another realtor. This person was super sweet, but it was not working for us. The home we both wanted we lost because she did not put the contract in for us and it was under contract by time she FINALLY did it. SO, we decided to go with someone else.This person would be Beth! I was in NC and my husband was in Korea at the time. Bless her heart, she was the middle man. BUT-she listened to BOTH of us and took both of our opinions in consideration so help us meet in the middle. I would send her random places that I would find and she always give me her honest opinion based off what she knew about us. She knew we did not want to waste her time or anyone elses. Beth would drive by the homes we had interest in, send pictures and video of the areas so we could see everything surrounding the home. She was sending us info to homes all around the Hinesville area. We were on a time crunch so it was a stressful time for us, but yall, she really held it together for me!!! In the end, she found us the perfect home. It was for sale by owner, which most realtors would not even attempt to work with, but she rocked it! She is from the area so any questions I had, if she did not know the answer, she knew someone who did have the answer. It is scary moving to a new place and finding someone who is REAL and someone who is not just trying to toss us into a place we will regret later on. It has almost been a year since we closed on our home and I still feel comfortable reaching out to her when I have questions or need her help with something.Thank you Beth for being such an amazin realtor and not running the other way when you actually met us in person!! ;)
