We have used George and Elisabeth a number of times! 1) to buy our first house, 2) to sell our first house, 3) to buy our second house, 4) to sell our second house and 5) to buy our third house (hopefully our last!). When we were buying our third house, the sellers gave us their "final offer" and George and Elisabeth were even able to negotiate the "final offer" to our benefit. They are great to work with and are very helpful. They've alerted us on good mortgage programs (like USDA), have put us in contact with high quality vendors, and have always been quick to respond. They also hire a professional photographer to take pictures of the house when you're selling it which makes a huge difference. Also, our kids just LOVE them!!!! We would def. recommend George and Elisabeth for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

In selling Real Estate it is critical, as you know to pick the Right Agent. After talking to several agents, I chose George and Elizabeth Smith as they had 43 years of experience, a good online presents, and you lived close to where the property being sold was located.What a wise decision it became. If lookers or repairmen, or inspectors were coming, they went over and turned the lights on and made sure all was ready. They kept me informed on who was coming and their action or reactions so that I could make informed decisions. In February, they went to the Garden Center for me and got Mulch which they then spread in the front Shrub Beds. They put a few decorative pieces in Key Areas, so that the area showed well. They cheerfully came to my new home to meet with me and go over things and get papers signed.My property would never have sold " In A Week", if George and Elizabeth were not at the Helm.
