Sunita helped us to buy our first house in Sunnyvale and we truly recommend you to have her as your realtor. She has in-depth knowledge of the area (South-bay) and also has a good knowledge of house conditions, what needs to be done etc. She can even show you a house which is not in market or will help you to find best location, neighborhood for you. She really understood our needs. She never pressurized us and was patient with us, as we haven't made a single offer for a long time. In the end, we were lucky to buy house with our first offer :)She is conservative by nature related to financial matters and will normally ask to have sufficient reserves and play safe. She is very good in getting deals done and will try her best to get the house to you, in case of multiple offers, like she did with us. Overall, I enjoyed working with her and will recommend you to seek her service.
