The Cottle team is fantastic! We chose the Cottle's because they are local right in Heber and they know the area. They helped us stay within our budget and really went the extra mile. My wife and I appreciated their help with that, and they never pushed houses that were outside our budget. The Cottle's went above and beyond in all areas we expected from a realtor. They found our home and it was not listed on the MLS and was able to get us a fantastic deal, which was fair for us and the sellers. They fulfilled their fiduciary responsibility. This was our first home purchase and they made is smooth and seamless. We plan on buying a new home in 10 years and will use the Cottle's again. I really cannot express my thankfulness for the Cottle's and their help. Use them they are seriously the greatest!
