We needed to sell our home as we were moving out-of-state. Not knowing a realtor personally, we contacted 3 to interview. Tricia was by far the best! She immediately returned our call, she asked all the pertinent questions and was thoroughly prepared with excellent comparables when we had our initial meeting. Although this was not our first rodeo (selling a home) we still had a lot of questions, which she was honest and thorough in answering. She kept us well informed with each showing and provided helpful feedback from a group of realtors that she arranged to see our home. The whole process could not have gone any smoother and our home was sold in less than 2 months. Tricia was also more than fair in discounting the commission as she was the buyers agent also. We highly recommend Tricia without any hesitation!
