Bret was excellent to work with throughout each phase of our home sale. As we neared completion of our new home, we chose to sell our current home but we didnt want to wait too long because we expected some market deterioration in Q2 2022. Because of this, we wanted to have the option to rent back our current home for a couple months after closing to allow for our new home to be completed. This requirement, along with some fancy financing needed by our buyer meant that this was no normal transaction. It required a significant amount of back and forth between Bret and the buyers agent. I think we had 13 addendums. Bret handled it great and kept us informed throughout the entire process. His communication skills are top notch and we never had to wait to hear back from him as negotiations progressed. Wed recommend him to anyone and gladly work with him to see our next home.
