Scott was, hands down, the best realtor that I've worked with. I appreciate that he seemed to have our lives and our best interests at heart. He gave honest feedback regarding neighborhoods, and his knowledge of building and construction helped steer us to a house that was both structurally sound and centrally located. In addition to helping us through the home-buying process, he even provided great follow-up. In the days following our purchase, he mailed us a list of resources (contractors, plumbers, etc.) and personally followed up to see how we were liking the house. This type of friendliness and consistency really made us feel as if we had someone who was really on our side. The process of buying a house can be scary. It was evident, though, that Scott wasn't looking at us as a paycheck. Instead, he treated us like he would want to be treated. We've already told multiple friends/family members that they should contact him if they buy in the area. He was quick and efficient, and I'd highly recommend him.
