My husband and I were passively browsing houses on Zillow when we found what we believed could be the house of our dreams. We reached out through Zillow, inquiring about a showing and Sue Prins called us within a half hour.She scheduled a showing for us the next morning and quickly made her expertise in the field and her trustworthiness evident. After walking us through the house and pointing out anything she thought we might need to consider, she helped us take the next step by pointing us to a contact of hers who could get us pre-approved on a Saturday so we didn't miss our chance at this house that was bringing in multiple offers. By Sunday, Sue had a deep understanding of what we wanted in a house and how we were willing to negotiate if necessary with the sellers and she was strategizing with us how to give us the best chance at getting the house. By Sunday evening, our offer was accepted.On Monday, Sue helped us turn around and get our house listed by the evening. By Thursday, thanks to the well thought out strategy of Sue and her team, we were also the owners of a house bringing in multiple offers. We were very pleased with the offer Sue negotiated for us and the direction she pointed us in.In a matter of 7 days, we'd found a house, had an offer accepted, listed our house, and accepted an offer on it... and it honestly felt too easy because Sue and her team made the transition basically seamless. They were a joy to work with and they do very impressive work. We are so grateful for them as we believe we would not have gotten our dream home had Sue not been the one to respond to our inquiry.
