Buying and selling a house as we all know is very hectic. Especially starting with picking the right Realtor. I had noticed across the street from me one day that a house was for sale and Cody's name was on the sign and since I'm thinking of selling I figured I would give her a call. Well, right I away I was very impressed. She had actually put a whole presentation together. Cody really did her home work and this was just to sit down and talk. I figured if sure is putting all this hard work into this first meeting she is going to put in ten times more to sell my house.Cody had taken a walk through my house and we talked about where I may do a little work or not. She knew I wanted to spend as little as possible and she never pushed anything upon me. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market around my area and knew exactly what to do.In the end Cody had my house sold in hours at asking price. It was amazing...she held my hand the whole way. If I had questions or concerns she was always there. I'm so happy with the whole experience. I would recommend Cody to any serious buyer or seller.
