When we set out to purchase our first home, we had no prior knowledge of the home buying process and didn't really know what to expect. Meredith is a great realtor to work with if you need a true hand-holder. Throughout the entire process Meredith was always patient as she explained things we didn't understand- which was a lot- and she was never pushy. We never felt pressured to rush through a decision, but she guided us when we were struggling. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time, even though she devoted a great amount to us. Meredith is not only highly knowledgeable about real estate; she also possesses a wealth of information about the area that can only come from someone whose family has lived here for many generations. Above all, Meredith was fun to work and incredibly reliable. She goes above and beyond for her clients, whether she's helping an elderly seller set up a garage sale or helping a recent buyer find a good roofer. Meredith has your back!

Using one word to describe Meredith; Awesome! She helped my fiance and I to find a home that was right for us and my children. We went with a 203K FHA renovation loan; Meredith's first experience with this loan type. She handled everything so well, you would not know this was her first go round with this particular process.Meredith was very helpful, persistent and kept communications moving on this deal.
