Rochelle has been our rock through three sales and one purchase. Without her calm, straightforward approach, we probably would not have survived the process or been so successful in the transactions. Her legal expertise and creativity are outstanding and this was evident when it came to purchasing our dream home. Our home at the time was in DC and we had planned to sell it and move to MD once the work was finished. We started to explore Chevy Chase by going to open houses and thought that it would take months before we found a suitable home for our family. It did not! Very quickly we found ourselves in the perfect house, but instead of being elated we were devastated. Our home in DC was still months away from completion and without it being ready for sale we could not make an offer. Rochelle, realizing how important this was to us, evaluated the situation and developed a brilliant, multi-layered offer, which allowed us to secure and move right into the home that we had fallen in love with. During the months that followed, Rochelle worked alongside us to finish the renovations on our DC property. Her attention to detail was truly beneficial and her desire to see us get top dollar was always the focus. One day I found Rochelle planting beautiful flowers outside, on another she was arriving with deck chairs from her own home, and on another she was rearranging the furniture to better show off the layout of the home. Rochelle was also truly committed to making the experience as stress free as possible for us and determined to keep a smile with our faces with her wonderful sense of humour. Rochelles experience and knowledge as a realtor were also a tremendous asset. Her advice for a list price was spot on and we received six offers right after our first open house and sold for significantly over list price! With this sale now complete, Rochelle was then able to officially transact the purchase of our home in MD, earlier than anticipated and for less than was calculated. Sadly, less than two years after this, our plans changed and we realized that we needed to sell our recently purchased dream home. Rochelle again rose to the challenge and this time also took on many additional tasks and oversights as I was out of the State. Her flexibility in dealing with me via email and telephone, as well as her ability to see potential issues and deal with them immediately, allowed for our home to be ready for sale sooner than scheduled. As always, Rochelles ability to understand the market, ensured that our home was strategically marketed and within a week we under contract having secured two offers at a higher list price. I simply cannot say enough about Rochelle!
