We selected Caskey & Caskey (Dave) after interviewing other brokers, but also based on the very strong recommendation of our next door neighbors, who had just had a fantastic experience listing their home with Dave. Our goal was to sell our home in Manhattan Village Estates as quickly as possible, and at a price that might set a high mark for the neighborhood. So we also selected Dave and his team based on market knowledge and marketing ability. What we didn't even appreciate at the time was the power of Dave's support team, including a fantastic home repair, spruce-up and staging team, great website and collateral materials, all of which really helped to maximize our home's best features and selling value. As a result, our home sold the day before the broker's open at a price that that was very, very reasonable (I can't say more - the buyer might be sad.) In addition, there were lots of little touches and support -- too many to detail here -- that were extremely helpful and beyond what we've ever expected from a realtor. We thank Dave and in particular, Deanna Whipp, Dave's executive assistant for all of that!We definitely recommend Dave and his team!
