As a first time home buyer, Jake Sullivan was amazing to work with. We were nervous about the whole home buying process, and Jake made it a very easy. As our first realtor we did not know what to expect and what kind of realtor he would be with all our questions and concerns. I honestly can say that both my husband and I could not be any happier as we were with him. He was very professional, very friendly and very patient with us. He took the time to explain things we were confused on, he was prompt to respond any time we needed him and was always following up or checking on us, on how we felt about any houses we were looking at. What impressed me the most was how informed he was in letting us know any updates or information we needed in getting our new home. We highly recommend him for anyone looking for a new home.

This was a second time working with Jake. 5 years ago I purchased a house with Jake and when it came time for me to move and I wanted to rent my house out, I trusted Jake. Entering the rental market was a bit of a daunting task, so many things I didn't know about, risks to learn and mitigate, and on top of that I had to move cross country in a bit of a rush with what felt like not enough time for transitioning out of the house. A problem that was only alleviated because I had Jake on my site. I was able to leave town, without my place rented out yet, knowing that my agent would have my back and everything would be taken care of. Jake kept me updated every step of the way as applications started coming in, answered every question of mine, was incredibly patient with my mannerisms and characteristics, and was completely professional to me the client and all who toured the place. For anything Los Angeles related, I would go to Jake 10 out of 10 times.
