Jim and Michelle are the epitome of a professional skilled real estate team. They have done an amazing job for us in selling our home, priced correctly, perfect paperwork, eliminating roadblocks before they happen (catching errors made by others in the process numerous times) marketing the home superbly with an extremely professional video tour of the house. This Market was changing almost daily and builders were dropping prices all around us, but because Jim and Michelle had done their pricing homework, we sold our house for what we needed. Secondly during the entire process we had to find a new home to downsize. This was far more difficult to do than we imagined, 3500 Sq ft to 2300 sq ft. Jim and Michelle were invaluable in helping us work through this process and shift our focus to new possibilities instead of worrying all the Pitfalls. They are engaged in every part of the process, Jim actually scanned the appraisers report to find he used the wrong lot number on our new builder home. These are the details that separate the experienced professionals and make for less stress through the entire process. There are simply are not enough words to describe how excellent this team is for handling anyones real estate with a successful conclusion.

The Nelson Team, Jim and Michelle, are hands down the realtors I would recommend and use for life! They have guided my wife and me through four transactions, buying and selling. Most recently, their spot-on direction assisted us in purchasing our forever home!
