I knew Jim and Michelle as friends much before I decided to sell the house. Having known them very well I didnt shop around for any other agents, as I knew that I couldnt get anyone better to do the job?!? Sure ?enough I was right about it?!? My house went under contract in less than 48 hours of being on the market. ?I also had a backup offer. Jim knew very well how to handle this situation, and made sure that he guided me properly and use it to my best, in case the first offer did not go through. ? Michelle was very helpful with the staging process as well as many other aspects of the showings. Both of them were available very easily and if they were busy at the moment, they made it a point to always get back within time. Theyre very efficient in responding to their emails as well, which in this day and age is very imperative. Time and money - everyone values them very much! They understand and respect their clients time as well as their money. Im a straight shooter, and do not like to sugar-coat things - they?re? are on the same lines in this?. Both Jim and Michelle are very professional and straight to the point (they dont give you false hopes but give you realistic possible options which will actually work). They are very well versed in the field with years of experience under their belt and always maintain a courteous professional tone in all their conversations. Couldnt ask for more in my realtors! They went above and beyond in getting everything in line during my whole process of selling the house, and gave me the right advise all along the road. Id highly recommend them as realtors to anyone looking for one!
