I am a difficult client looking for a house that must match my criteria. San was very patient and enthusiastic to help me. When I finally found the house that met my specific requirements, we confronted a problem. The house was bank owned and I was unfortunately not a resident in Las Vegas. San worked with me on many banking documents and communicated with the seller. San then introduced me to a very diligent home inspector. This inspector dedicated his time to explain the issues and the current conditions of the AC, heater, electricity, garage door, and other various aspects about this house that is very important. This enabled me to be confident on my decision of purchasing this house. After the processing and follow up, this house became my home. San is a really good Real Estate Agent with a lot of experience, friendliness, and was willing to confront a challenge. Overall, I am very happy to have him represent for me.

After 15 years living in my great and beautiful home it was time to let go and downsize as the stairs became more challenging because I wasn't getting any younger. I was amazed how quickly San was able to read my mind and find my dream home. A year before moving into my new home, and before listing my old home with San, he has shown me the one and only home I really really wanted. It was a model home and it was not for sale at that time because they needed the model home to display for other customers. Since I needed to sell my old home first before moving into a new home I thought it will have to look for another house after we closed. San did not loose focus on this model home which I really wanted and we got sooo lucky we came back to the builder at the right time! He managed to get my home sold AND close on my dream home (the model home) in the same month. It was such a perfect timing and I could not ask for anything better. I am so happy that San was my agent. I would not be in this home if it wasn't for San's patience and professionalism. Thank you so much San for everything!
