I thought I could find my dream home myself as nowadays everything I need is available online. I was looking at homes for several months before deciding to reach out to a real estate agent. When trying to talk to aEURoelocal real estate expertsaEUR? I often felt they did not listen to what I was really looking for so I got quite frustrated to work with any agent. This was until a friend of mine referred me to San. The way he was making everything that seemed complicated at first become so simple (often because he took much effort to take care of it) made me feel very confident that he could find me my new home. He is very transparent and honest in his opinion when showing me houses and explaining contracts, terms etc which helped me narrow down my home search. The home that I am enjoying right now was absolutely a result of his hard work to outbid the competition and negotiate the best terms possible for this home. I am a difficult client looking for a house that must match my criteria. San was very patient and enthusiastic to help me. This inspector dedicated his time to explain the issues and the current conditions of the AC, heater, electricity, garage door, and other various aspects about this house that is very important. This enabled me to be confident on my decision of purchasing this house. After the processing and follow up, this house became my home.
