This review will likely be viewed as having been written by Kristie herself.I assure you, I'm hard to please, offer up too little praise , and complain about almost everything. That said, I met Kristie in my neighborhood years ago when she was starting her career. We talked briefly, and I made a mental note, that I would contact her one day if I needed a help. That day arrived almost 12 years later. She looked and sounded tired upon arrival, but, threw herself into rearranging my furniture, and throwing out suggestions like she was about to charge hell with a water pistol. Within no time, she was out of my hair. She kept me informed and secured a contract in about a week. If you're serious about buying or selling, call her, then step back and watch her work her magic. Kristie did an excellent job selling my house!!Before listing, Kristie came by the house, walked through the house with me suggesting things to fix, improve, or otherwise correct and an order in which to do them, as well as provided staging tips. When it came time to list, Kristie came over, set my expectations on the price and listing information, and then told me her approach and some timeframes. The house was listed a day or so later.Kristie put me at the top of a lot of listings, including Zillow. Foot traffic came very quickly, and she used a slick electronic system that would book appointments via text message. I had an offer within 9 days at a price close to my asking price - Kristie helped negotiate with the buyer's agent to cut through a lot of back and forth and very quickly settle on a price.Once the contract was in place, Kristie helped move the process forward by working with the seller's agent and kept me looped in as to what was going on. I had minimal fixes required from my inspection, and I was able to do the work myself - but she did offer to use her contacts to get people if I needed to. She was my contact from start to finish - I interacted with one other person in her office for some very minor things, but Kristie always took my calls, got back to me extremely quick, and I never once felt like she was hard to reach or trying to delegate me to another member of her team.I can't say enough positive things about my experience - Kristie set my expectations high and delivered exactly what she said she would. She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I would, without question, recommend her and I plan to use her next time I buy or sell!!
