the very best the south has to offer. Amie was at the top of anybody's game!!!! we met on line from NY in Feb of 2011. she showed us homes for almost a year, because we needed an offer on our house in NY before we could make a bid here in Charlotte. anybody else would have walked away, but not Amie. she stayed the course. pick us up at hotels, drove around area we would like. when we finally were able to make a bid, she handled everything for us. the contract, negotiated a price, was there for the inspections, appraisals, found us a lawyer, everything and i mean everything. do not get fooled by her young age, because she is as good if not better that any seasoned pro i have met. this is the best thing that happened to us, except her recommending Luis Fernandez in NY also from Keller Williams. he listed our home and within 45 days we had an offer and was able to start our life in Charlotte. Amie is now our friend and we will see a great deal of each other. speaking of friends she also introduced us to people from NY and now we are good friends. if Keller Williams , Amie and Luis were insurance people you would be "in great hands" with them. the best team, one stop shop ever. if you are selling or buying, this is your first and last stop!!! the very best!!!! TEN STARS if there was that option.
