Nikki is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house, as she is prompt, transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making her clients happy. She helped my fiancA(C) and I find the perfect house within 10 days! She is very diligent and listens to what it is you like and dont like and is able to accurately select homes listed not only within your price range, but homes that appeal to your preferences. The best part, is not only is she thorough in her quest to find the perfect house for her clients, but she has a welcoming personality and makes you feel as if youve known her your whole life. She makes it very easy to communicate, and is available at all times to answer any questions you may have. Nikki made our first home buying experience one to remember. Shes been involved even after the sale went through, whether it be contacting the sellers agent to handle/honor agreements made during negotiations, or simply checking in and asking if everything was as we expected during AND after we moved in.
