I could not ask for a better buyer?s agent than Jeffrey. He has a ton of knowledge of construction due to past experience with building and there were many issues, both good and bad, he pointed out with houses that I had no clue about. He never tried to push any homes on me and would tell me if a home didnt look like a good deal.In terms of the home-buying process, Jeffrey was on top of everything, always emailing me for whatever documents were needed before I thought of it. Most of my emails were responded to within minutes.Jeffrey was an expert negotiator in terms of selling price, purchase and sale conditions, and closing. I was amazed at the price reduction, closing cost credit, and repairs I got from a seller who initially wouldnt budge a bit. A couple repairs weren?t done by closing and Jeffrey arranged money be put aside by the seller for those repairs to be completed. After the closing, Jeffrey continued to stay on top of that situation and even personally came over to address a boiler problem. Definitely went far beyond the call of duty. I will not hesitate to contact Jeffrey again for selling and buying in the future.

I have known Jeffery Bastress since 2003 when he helped me to sell and buy a home. At the same time, he helped my co-buyer sell her home as well. He coordinated all 3 sales in one day, and they were about 60 miles apart! Jeffrey was an unbelievable resource to both of us! He is knowledgeable, patient and listens and responds to all needs! He felt much more like a loyal friend and advisor than an agent. Jeffrey totally looked out for our best intrerests. He was deeply involved in the whole process, from trampling through miles of land (we were seeking a horse property) in all weather, to all aspects of the inspection, negotiation and final sales. I can not imagine selling or purchasing any property without contacting Jeffrey first. He has helped me several times over the years as I have considered several options for my current property (including land subdivision, market evals, possible sales and also searches for other properties/ideas). Jeffrey is a wise ally and I consider him a friend and invaluable resource. He is my agent and there is no other like him! I highly recommend Jeffrey and his agency to anyone-but more importantly to those who are inexperienced and unfamiliar with construction quality, land options, and other real estate issues. His background as a contractor combined with his real estate business accumen and, more importantly, his integrity is beyond comparison. He truly meets people where they are and then STAYS WITHIN THEIR preferences and limitations, while prociding support and advice. He is the best!
