Kim is amazing!!! I bought and sold a home with her, and I thank God I found her! I had lost my job a year ago and we were forced to downsize. I had looked into trying to short sale my home, but my lender wouldnt do it without a ton of paperwork and they could not give us a straight answer. I was about to walk away from my home and let it go into foreclosure. I found Kim online through a foreclosure help website and she was very helpful. She came and took a look at my home and met with me and my husband. She assured me she could sell my house for more than what I originally thought it was worth. It needed a bit of work and she helped get the home ready for showings. She rearranged the furniture and even referred a handyman to help haul away some items in the home, and do some painting. We sold it for almost twenty thousand more than I thought I could get! We got an offer fast and she found me a new home that I was able to move right into without having to stay in a hotel or with relatives until we closed. Kim was so helpful, not just in getting us more than we expected on price, and on helping us get the home ready, but she was there from the start and answered every question the entire time. Since she had so much experience selling foreclosures and working with the banks, she knew all the tricks of the trade that would help us. I could always get ahold of her and I could not be more thankful she saved us from loosing our home!
