I'm not originally from the Cinci area, and I cannot tell you how amazing it was having Joyce as my guide. The first round of homes that I looked at were out of my price range, I was just too stubborn to admit it. She didn't pressure me one bit, but was very objective, realistic and caring. Round two of home searching went a lot better, and once I had found a house, she was on the phone faster than I could blink. We had to go back and forth with the seller a bit, and she made sure all the decisions I made were what I really, truly wanted. She honest to goodness cared more about what was best for me, and it made me feel incredibly comfortable. Any time I had any sort of question, even a silly one, she got back to me and was thorough in her answer. Getting documents to and from her was simple, and after the first lender we contacted kind of fell through, she quickly hooked me up with an alternative, but ultimately absolutely wonderful lender. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if I ever need to move again, Joyce will be the first person I call, and she will be ready to rock.
