My background is a business owner and I ran my company on Outrageous Customer Service. I thought that I was the best and my company grew proving it. However, boy was I wrong. My home was on the market for over two years with three different realtors and companies. All said that they had the marketing knowledge and expertise to sell the home fast and for the maxim dollar amount. None of them came through for us. Linda Linton was recommended to us through a good friend and we were told that she was the very best there was. (Where have I heard that before) However we listed our home with Linda and she took control from the start jump starting the entire process from the listing to staging our home with us. Then she held our hand from day one through the entire listing. She worked on our listing like a mad scientist. I have never seen any realtor work so hard or that had so many contacts from her client list to other realtors. She worked our listing sold our home and made everything come together... and because of her effort my wife and I are now enjoying living here in Florida If you were to ask me for a great realtor recommendation, I would shout out here name. There is none better.
