We were under a crunch to buy a house. My daughter was given 30 days notice to vacate her apartment because the house she was living in was sold, even though she was told she would have 60 days. Anyway, the next day I found the perfect house on the website Melissa provided me with about 9 months ago, and Melissa showed my daughter the house the next morning. I am out of state, so Melissa talked me through the whole house, room by room, via phone. We wanted the house, and it had only been on the market one day, but there was already a bid on it from the first people who saw it the day before. We put in a bid, but there were several others as well. Melissa worked her magic and we were able to buy the house. She even worked it out that we could close within the 30 days and not have to put my daughters belongings in storage. My daughter was out of her old apartment and into her new house within the 30 days. It could not have worked out any better, and I owe it all to Melissa. It could have really been a disaster. We really appreciate Melissa's help with the whole process. I definitely recommend Melissa and her group to handle your real estate matters.
