Robin is simply amazing! She has been wonderful with the entire househunting process and as a first time homebuyer/new to the Spokane area, she has guided me each step of the way. During our househunting trips, she would always provide insight into the local area (traffic/snow friendly commute, etc) and ground me in the practicality of matters that would affect my daily living such as having a parking spot. She is always available on the phone or in person and goes above and beyond for your needs. When I first moved in and needed my floors refinished, I had an out of town trip planned already - Robin kindly helped arranged to meet with the flooring company to orient them to my house while I was away. Even though this was not her responsibility, she was willing to make sure I had a good move-in experience. I trust her fully and would recommend her 5/5.

I started inquiring about selling our home in October 2020 without knowing an exact move out date because were a military family waiting for orders. Chris reached out to me immediately and without hesitation gave me some amazing feedback about the market and steps that we would need to take depending on the timeline. The team was extremely proactive at helping us do everything we needed to do so we can be ready to put our house up for sale at moments notice.
