I would highly recommend Kaylan and would definitely use him again. I was new to the area and saw a house on Zillow I was interested in. I scrolled down the page and called the listing agent and got a voice mail. I didn't want to wait so I called the next agent and the next. When I got to Kaylan's number he answered, the only one to answer out of 4 agents. Now a days people want answers right away and Kaylan understands that. It could be late at night, early in the day, weekends, or even holidays and he was there for me trying to make the process of buying a home as easy and stress free as possible. Right off the bat Kaylan set me up with a great lender, when approved he started showing me houses and I never had to wait with him, Not only would he show me a house whenever I wanted him to but he was always on time. He called me one day right when i was getting to a house to tell me he was running late which I really appreciated and he was only 2 minutes late. He consistently showed that he cared about not wasting my time. He was always professional while being very approachable and friendly. Kaylan knows the area very well and was honest with me when I asked specific questions on areas and demographics even if it meant loosing a sale, he truly cared that I was happy with my choice on a home and he knew I was new to the area and was more than willing to answer my thousands of questions. I had a price range that made it difficult to find a place with my wants in the type of neighborhood I wanted. Kaylan was so patient with me when I wanted more then I could actual afford and wanted to see every house on the market, just in case it was the one. His tolerance and patience was undeniable.When we found the one and the offer was accepted Kaylan was even more impressive. He stayed on top of every one and every thing making the entire process easier for me. When I asked questions he knew the answer and if he didn't he would get the answer for me and get it very quickly. He just made me feel like I was his most important client. Kaylan is a very genuine person and was a pleasure to work with.With Kaylan's vast knowledge of the area, his professionalism, his second to none responsiveness, his willingness to do whatever it takes for his client at whatever time or day needed I don't know why I would choose anyone else to help me find my new home. Thanks for answering the phone that day Kaylan, it's been a pleasure working with you.
