We had nothing but positive experiences working with Karyn! We stumbled on a listing of hers and immediately had a good feeling about working together. Even though we were long-distance shopping for a house, she sent us listings that were what we had in mind and set up viewings as soon as possible. She is 100% ON IT - as soon as we fell in love with a home, she jumped right away and we ended up getting it for under our budget! She has great contacts to get our inspection and financing done quickly and painlessly. She really handled it all and we just went along with it. It made buying our first house SO EASY! Karyns negotiating skills are great, she gave great advice on best practices and it all worked out perfectly. A few times she even had mini therapy sessions when we were freaking out about things! Could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Karyn to anyone looking for a home in the region.
