Karyn was a steady breath of fresh air, from the moment we met her all the way though the home buying process. As first time home-buyers, we were skeptical and discouraged by other real estate agents that we had worked with. In the current market, we were feeling the pressure to make uninformed decisions and rush the process. As soon as I met Karyn, a weight lifted off of my shoulders; she would be the realtor that helps us buy our first home (and most definitely any home after that) with out terrifying us! She deserves more than five stars! I knew I could trust her to help us make this huge decision, informed- not pressured. Whatever you want, Ive got you covered is what I think of when I think of Karyn. As an inexperienced buyer and the mother of a small child, I knew what I wanted but was going in blind. I had a lot of repetitive questions, and many reservations about everything- all of which she responded to in a timely, calming, helpful, and open manner. When it came time for ANYTHING we needed, like the inspection or a plumber, or an electrician - she had a five star contact! The references she made were excellent- I feel very safe moving into our knew home knowing we have crossed our ts and dotted our is. We know what to expect regarding upcoming projects and potential costs. She gently reminded us of things that needed to get done, the times and places we needed to be. I didnt have to worry about forgetting things or reading in between the lines of a language I didnt understand. We basically put our entire life into Karyns hands and she returned it to us 10 fold. With her protective approach and super power negotiation skills, we are left with not only with our dream home, but feelings of extreme gratitude. I know for a fact both parties involved in the sale are feeling extremely satisfied, and blessed. She does this job because she really enjoys helping people! It is a scary world out there but Karyn will keep you safe!
