Karyn is a GOD SEND! This was my first time selling a home, and I was quite anxious about the entire process. I met with 3 realtors before I decided who to go with and she was the clear standout. At our first meeting she came prepared with comps ready, a list price in mind and a plan of attack for the showing process that would work for me and my family. The other two realtors I met with were far less prepared... her responsiveness through the entire process has been impressive. She?s been beyond supportive, and a great guide through the whole thing. Her negotiation skills are also unmatched. When we started this process I expected to get X amount for my home, and she blew that number out of the water, encouraging me not to jump on the first offer we got and hold out for a better one- which she was totally right on! On top of all of this her attention to detail is great, and she?s just an overall pleasure to work with. She?s straightforward, honest and really trying to do what?s best for her client. I can?t envision ever working with anyone else in future real estate dealings. Would I recommend? Whole heartedly. Thank you Karyn!!!

Karyn is an extremely competent and very knowledgeable realtor. She answered all of our questions in record time, communicated with our family very frequently, and responded to any of our many inquiries in record time. She is extremely well connected with professionals who were excellent from inspectors to bank officials to attorneys. Karyn was always patient, responsive, informative and very professional as we peppered her with numerous questions and asked for endless details about various properties. Perhaps most importantly Karyn was always sincere, genuinely helpful and committed to finding us a family vacation home to meet the never ending needs of a three generational family. She expressed warmth, friendliness and genuine caring in every single interaction we had with her.
