Jasmine helped me and my sister buy our first homes here in Las Vegas. Before we met Jasmine, we were less than happy with a few other realtors we had come across. We were starting to get frustrated because we felt like we were not really being listened to and the service we were getting was the bare minimum (if that). At some point, we were so discouraged that we even considered putting off our plans to buy a home and just stay in a rental. That's why we were so happy when we met Jasmine. We knew right away that she was different. We felt like she really listened and really cared about helping us. She made us believe again that getting our dream home is possible! She worked hard for us from the get go and guided us every step of the way. I would even say she went above and beyond. For example, during the house-hunting process she looked at all possible avenues to find us the perfect home, not just the ones that are readily available. One time she showed us houses in the pouring rain on a Sunday! She would also work around our schedule and would accommodate us whether we asked to meet early in the morning or at night. One thing that I think was really key is how excellent she is at communicating. She responds to texts, emails or calls very promptly, if not immediately. There was no question too big or too small. She patiently explained a lot of things that we didn't understand as first-time home buyers. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable she is. She really knows her stuff! Her advise helped us get the houses that we wanted even in such a competitive market. Once the ball started rolling, she handled everything efficiently. She had documents ready when they were needed and everything was always in order. People say all the time that the home-buying process is a pain but Jasmine made everything so easy and even fun for us. On top of everything, she's super friendly and easy to talk to. I honestly can't think of anything that I would have wanted more from her as a realtor. Just go ahead and give her a shot, you'll see what I mean! She's a genuinely good person you can trust to have your back and she also happens to be great at her job. What else could anyone ask for?

Highly recommend to seller/buyer!!! A+++ Jasmine was very professional and informative for us as a first time home buyer. She was so quick to responses and replies to questions we had at day or night and extremely posed and on it when it came to communication between seller/seller agent/my loan officer. Very very helpful beyond her job title so much that my purchase flew by without a hiccup and she addressed things before they even got to me. Dreaded the purchasing process as first time home buyer but Jasmine made it fun and explained alot of things needed going into buyer agreement that I felt I was being taken care of and informed on what was needed to be known unlike my loan officer. Any questions she answered in 5 mins or less. Great Realtor that I highly recommend and will be using Jasmine's services again!
