After owning our first home for 10 years, we contemplated the idea of selling and upgrading to a bigger home. The timing seemed right, but our biggest fear as sellers was the risk of having our home sit in the market for too long with no offers. A family friend had success selling her home and recommended that we connect with her agent, Daniel Boyer. We took our friend's advise and scheduled a consultation with Daniel.Our first impression of Daniel was that he is passionate about his profession, confident but humble, thinks outside the box, and is also a good listener and receptive to client feedback. Daniel was prepared for our meeting and knew a lot about our home and recent real estate transactions in the area. Within a few minutes of meeting him, we had a working strategy for selling our home. Daniel was very confident that if we listed our home on Friday, he would have an offer by Sunday. We liked what Daniel had to offer, so we decided to list our home. In preparation for the listing, Daniel offered to stage our home and sent his crew to complete a few touch ups at no charge to the client.As scheduled, the house went on the market on Friday, and by Sunday, we had our first offer at full asking price. The house ended up generating multiple offers and sold well above asking price. Daniel had a vision of how things would play out and everything unfolded as he had anticipated.
