Our goal was to sell our house and either buy or build a house in the same community. Finding the right realtor is the first decision, and can be the most critical decision, in selling and buying a house. Laura was highly recommended to us by family and friends. That was the first right decision we made. When you find a realtor like Laura, you've got somebody special. Laura is the epitome of professionalism and knowledge.From day one, she made it her goal to help us sell our house for the price we wanted, showing homes that she felt matched what we wanted, or lots to build a new home. She made sure we had all the information, setting up appointments on short notice and just providing the friendly service that is often hard to find these days. Laura was extremely patient, always smiling and willing to help in any way possible. No matter what the obstacle she found a way to turn it into a positive. Within a month we sold our home and found a lot to build a new house, in addition to a rental house while our home is being built. The effort, energy and commitment that Laura provided for our two transactions was outstanding. We will continue to recommend Laura to friends and acquaintances. We not only found a great broker, but an ongoing friendship.
