We came across Yvonne randomly as we were looking for a new home. She showed the house we were interested in and my wife and I liked both her and the home. She was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We put an offer on the house that day and retained her for the purchase as well as the sale of our old home. Throughout the entire process, Yvonne was amazing. I hear horror stories about some ?prominent? real estate agents in our area, the ones with their pictures all over their cars and grocery store shopping carts. How they get your listing and you literally never hear from them again. This couldnt be further from the truth with Yvonne. From the start she was motivated, informative, inclusive and the consummate professional. Any time she obtained a piece of information, it was forwarded immediately. If I had a question, she always answered the phone or replied via email or text message, typically within a matter of seconds. We had a hiccup with a deed and she coordinated the fix, acting as a liaison between several parties, keeping everyone on task and keeping me up to date with what was happening. She went above and beyond and I truly felt that she was an advocate for us. With twenty years experience in running a business, I couldnt give Yvonne a higher recommendation.
