Tracy and her team are the kindest, most helpful, and honest Realtors you could possibly ask for. We bought our first home with Southern Home Realty, and when we were ready to sell that home, my husband and I returned to them. Tracy helped us to navigate the construction process of building our home.. a first home for my husband and I. She was through throughout the entire process. Our rights as buyers were her priority. When we had to sell that home, Tracy and her team talked to us about our options as sellers. They helped to educate us on the best path forward for our unique situation. Anyone can put your home on the market or help you find a new home, but at Southern Home Realty your rights as a seller or buyer are their priority. They are genuinely good people. Without them, I dont know what we would have done.

When life forced us to have to pack up our home and move in to help my husbands parents, we were at a sudden stand still and didn't quite know the next step to take. It was at random that I found Andrew, but it was the best thing that could have happened to us. We had a minimum amount of time to fix up our home to get it in just the right state to get top dollar. He came in at the stage right before we got to pulling up carpets, painting walls and so on. He took our hand and guided us on the right path to what we should do to make it the best for home buyers. He cheered us on the entire way! It was only my husband and I doing the labor and so much blood, sweat and tears went into the updating. Without Andrew I likely would have lost my sanity! When the time finally came to list it, scheduling everything was a breeze! He communicated very thoroughly every step of the way with me. When we finally got our FULL PRICE offer and began the journey to closing, I was scared of the process BUT, Andrew made everything so simple and easy breezy! He not only wowed us but he is now a great part of our life. I will forever be grateful for him. You should seriously consider having him on your team. He is an amazing realtor but even more a better friend!
