Michelle Ranieri is an honest, direct, fast, efficient, driven, thoughtful, expert broker with a very strong network in the Asheville area. She was a dream to work with throughout our selling process. I'm the first to admit I didn't think a listing agent can bring much to the table to me as a seller, but I was wrong. I'm a very busy executive and had neither the time, nor the inclination to deal with the selling process. I dreaded the whole thing. Michelle pretty much was 100% self sufficient and went way above and beyond. Example, after moving out, I left a number of things in the garage behind in accident and she personally cleaned up after us carrying stuff out, took care of landscaping issues, ran down odds and ends, filled out all forms for me w/ all info available to her so paperwork was kept to a minimum. Also, she aggressively priced and negotiated on our behalf. I would list with her / buy with her exclusively going forward in her area of coverage.
