We were moving from NYS to NC and we were looking to buy a house in the Charlotte-Concord NC area at a time when the market was very busy and houses were often selling within a week of the listing date. When visiting our daughter in NC we did view homes with Brigitte but she often took our daughter to see homes on our behalf when we were in NY and unable to view a house in person. She would measure rooms for us and do Facetime with us so we could view the house almost as if viewing in person so as to not miss an opportunity to find the house of our dreams due to being in NYS. When we finally did find a house, she was so helpful. Real estate transactions are handled very differently in NC than in NYS so we needed Brigitte to guide us completely through the process which she did. Whenever I emailed her or left her a voice mail message with a question, she replied almost immediately. I could not have asked for better customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.
