After nearly eight years of ownership, my wife and I decided it was finally time to sell our house in Warner Robins. The only real problem with this was we are military and currently living in Wisconsin. As Julie was the realtor we initially worked with to purchase the house, and she was amazing during THAT process, I decided she was the person I wanted to work with to sell our house. I contacted Julie and she immediately sprung in to action doing a Market Analysis(?), basically what I should expect to gain or lose in selling the house. I have to say that she was not only completely transparent during the process, but also very honest and upfront about what changes to make with the pricing as well as what repairs would probably be required to sell the house. She also recommended very reasonably priced contractors who, from what I can tell, did fantastic work with the repairs needed. There were a couple times during the process when I was a little overwhelmed with the amounts of money needed to repair but Julie was able to rationally explain the whys of the spending and how it would ultimately lead to success in selling the property. She is one of the most knowledgeable realtors Ive ever worked with, and being military, Ive worked with several whether renting or looking to possibly buy in other locations. I learned that selling a house in absentia is a huge pain in the neck. At any given point during this process I was either in Alabama, Wisconsin or Arizona. I had to sign over a limited power of attorney for Julie to sign for me at closing, I had to sight unseen approve and pay for repairs and I had to completely put my faith in Julies competence and professionalism. At no point during this process was I disappointed by any means. Julies upbeat, friendly attitude, coupled with her in depth knowledge of the local market as well as buyers preferences transformed this potential nightmare situation in to an awesome transaction.
