With my decision to make my move from Virginia to Florida for my retirement, it was an important decision to choose a realtor who had my best interest as to what location, and home would be the best fit for me. Cindy Kaufman, was referred to me by a friend which truly was the best part of my big change in lifestyle and future years in retirement. Cindy Kaufman, was a very professional, insightful, focused, proactive, candid, and upfront on what to expect. She discussed in length as to the most desirable location/places in The Villages. Since I was in Virginia, out of state, Cindy always made herself available, sometimes several times a day, by texting, cell phone, or available to meet in person, when I was in the area. The part I so admired about Cindy, was she was always very focused, informative as to alternatives, honest in her transactions, communication with me along in her communications with the seller?s agent, home inspector, amendments to contract as required such as furniture purchase and revised settlement date. I truly admired Cindy?s as to her providing me with undivided attention when she was communicating with me either on the phone and especially in person; never taking another call or text when I was in conversation with her. Cindy has a great sense of humor/personality and is very patient as to all the decisions and submission of paper work need to make the process of buying a home proceed seamless. With this said, I highly recommend Cynthia Kauffman as one looking for a home in the Ocala/The Villages area. She is very knowledgeable, and will spend the time one needs to make the important decision, and making the process of buying your home or property proceed from making an offer to settlement. It was my best home buying experiences of all the several properties I have purchased over 45 years. I cant say enough of how pleased I was with Cynthia Kauffman?s work ethic along with limiting the anxiety of making a very important decision buying a home. Cindy made the buying of my home in The Villages as enjoyable as one could ask or hope for. Again, if you are looking for a true, knowledgeable, and sincere realtor who makes things happen in your best interest and desire, Cynthia Kauffman is the realtor you must choose.
